Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped either UPS ground or USPS for a flat rate fee of $4.99 anywhere in the continental United States regardless of size. Orders are roasted the same day they are shipped and we can usually ship within 24 hours of receiving the order . Our Customer Service Department will assist you with any freight questions that arise. Any brokerage and or import fees for foreign shipment will be charged to the customer.Damaged Shipments:Poverty Bay Coffee Co. takes every precaution to ensure that your order will arrive intact and in the rare instance where you receive a damaged shipment please call us and we will facilitate a claim with the shipper involved.
Return Policy
