Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you wish you can mail checks or money orders with your order. We also will be glad to give you a complete price over the phone and help you with any questions you have.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped either UPS ground or USPS for a flat rate fee of $4.95  anywhere in the continental United States regardless of size. Orders are roasted the same day they are shipped and we can usually ship within 24 hours of receiving the order . Our Customer Service Department will assist you with any freight questions that arise. Any brokerage and or import fees for foreign shipment will be charged to the customer.


Damaged Shipments:

Poverty Bay Coffee Co. takes every precaution to ensure that your order will arrive intact and in the rare instance where you receive a damaged shipment please call us and we will facilitate a claim with the shipper involved.

Delivery:

Poverty Bay Coffee Co. works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 24 hours, though sometimes unexpected delays can occur. The Poverty Bay Coffee Co. system will automatically notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delay in the fulfillment of your order. Information concerning your order status may also be found by logging in to your account at Poverty Bay Coffee Co. and clicking on View Order History just below your login name on the left side of our homepage.

Returned Products:

Any unopened product can be returned for a refund at the shipping expense of the customer.
